The current attention towards the transmission of culture via memes lends its scientific framework to an otherwise esoteric body of knowledge and experiential data. Though the comfortable stripping of spiritual gloss leaves the sociologist with a theory, the applications of said information accumulates without a proposition towards use.

He indicated a perennial essence that constituted a dominant position within collective consciousness provided some sort of wellspring.
