Liber Vel Jugorum is, in a sense, a predecessor to E-Prime. Author Robert Anton Wilson credits and cites Crowley's work throughout his life work. When it runs out, you remain a pompous ass.
3.Quality not quantity. The practice is tiresome and frustration remains present all the way until the end. During the practice the user will find that normal worthless discourse is simply too tiring and will eventually evade the temptations of trivial verbosity. Initially, it may be considered an act of laziness during the experiment, a way of avoiding the exercise, but this is not a negative disposition later on. Upon completion of the method, the user will continue to monitor the quality of the subject matter being contemplated before actually speaking.
