Papi was stationed in Herat with my unit to conduct Special Forces assignments in the area. I had sat down with him one day and asked if I could ask him some questions while we ate. He said sure and was friendly but had a seriousness about him. I would have his attention for several meals. He didn't mind answering my Special Forces questions and was very encouraging. We even went on a run and I was incredibly impressed by his speed and endurance.

The next time I saw SFC Munoz was when he was being unloaded from a blackhawk in Herat on a stretcher. It was a night assault and he was wounded. He bled out on the way to the field hospital. My deepest condolences to his family and friends. For the short minutes he spent with me, it left some lasting impressions. He is remembered.

My Brother starts testing for his Expert Infantry Badge this week. Hopefully he can attend Ranger school. His commander is Ranger qualified so maybe he has some authority that would be willing to help if he asked her. He has a great command supporting him at the moment. I am proud of his commitment and discipline. He is a Staff Sergeant now.

I just read Kill or Get Killed by Rex Applegate.

Some good details in it that survive the test of time. I found several items worth remembering. I also read a book on combat knives which was really good. The beginning is a really thorough breakdown of knife design and manufacturing, but the second half is really the meat.

One time during a flight I sat with an SF soldier and had a conversation. He left me with this : "Be the grey man." What he meant was don't be highly polarized but seeing of both sides in a team. I had seen how team work was often a time demonstrating communication skills but he was giving me another angle. I assume he was also part of 7th Group, we were on a flight to Herat, but I never got his name. The Quiet Professionals as they are sometimes called are a really fascinating breed of character attributes. The tasks they are asked require extensive expertise in several areas.

I have much admiration and respect for them. I owe one of them my life. I had a serious gastrointestinal pain that came along with the shits. I was stationed in Hawaii and I went to our unit P.A. He was a former 18D and casually agreed to look me over. He announced what he thought it was after the exam: appendicitis. He then sent me to the hospital for further evaluation. None of the Doctors could figure out what it was and I had even when I shared with them the diagnosis he gave me. Eventually, they decided for exploratory surgery where they found appendicitis to be the case.

I also met a Sergeant Major Lighty, or Bob as he liked to be called. He was kind enough to give us a tour of the hotel they had acquired and showed us the AT4 launchers lined parallel with the road at the windows to the place. This was also in Shandand Afghanistan. He was a hoot. He was also a Special Forces soldier. In charge of training Afghan National troops. I hope he is doing well these days.

Some people are into the SEALs and others are a fan of the Superbowl. I' am more impressed by the Special Forces and The Best Ranger competition. There is an excellent online community for interacting with retired and active Special Forces and it is well worth joining. As for the Best Ranger Competition I will still look over the lists of participants and winners. It takes 62 hours of testing. Fuck the Superbowl. It changes with each competition as well.

22 forms

Inside this book are instructions for 22 forms or postures. I have made a previous post on Butoh. With these forms you can channel emptiness, while simultaneously focusing on parameters for execution.

This is a physical gesture that works even when the names of the forms have been altered to that of the Thelemic qliphoth. These entities correspond to the Trumps of the Tarot. There is a Class A Thelemic Holy book on the subject. Liber 231. The gestures can be performed to configure an appropriate expression of physical intelligence that the entities can identify with. After the appropriate fundamental rituals are performed.

Thought forms are a Tibetan expertise but the Class A text leads to its use. These are patterns of orientation I am applying for ritual purposes. The music corresponding to this series of gestures can be aligned with 22 E.D.O. tuning, allowing a note for each of the separate intelligences. Note systems were developed by the Golden Dawn, Aleister Crowley (a cryptic note of corresponding information from someone else), and Kenneth Grant. Grant was the only one to hint at microtonal music by including a 31 note structure created by a composer named Choates.

22 E.D.O. suits my needs for the time being. The twenty two postures can be reflected by utilizing my Geiger tarot deck. Shuffling through would determine the shell being worked with, the microtonal key, and a physical mudra. I got the mudra idea from applying a deck of seventy two hand mudra cards with the Goetia. It has worked very well. Seventy two is a bit more to memorize than twenty two. With the knife angles it is a base of ten, reflecting the Tree of Life.

There are twenty two Thelemic Holy days to observe a card in scrying. March 20th through April 10th. I still need to acquire a ASM Hydrasynth for musical data. Maybe next year. Goetic workings are going nicely and I have method or style of working that has yielded results. My favorite Goetic paraphernalia are probably the Goetic deck created by Priscilla Schwei. It like the Giger deck is rare now.

My magickal Crown was decimated and eaten by the Goetia in my brass bowl. I had set the object inside and it deteriorated. A fungus grew up around it and it was left to reclamation on the workbench. Ms. Schwei guided me to finding the corresponding demon for the time of my birth. A very useful bit of information.

TOPY and the OTTT

I first came across The Temple ov Psychick Youth as a teenager. I had discovered Thee Grey Book online. It fascinated me and I looked forward to finding more about them but really couldn't find anything other than references to one of it's founding members: Genesis P. Orridge. It felt like coming full circle because I had discovered Genesis on some Pigface records. I would years later find Genesis' TOPY book, Thee Psychick Bible.

In it were numerous articles from various authors and it even had a recommended reading list. At the launch of the book, Genesis announced that there would be a new TOPY presence, going by the name of One True TOPY Tribe online. It was on Ning. I went through the book list a selected a few titles to study. One was on Communes. I was living in Washington State at the time and read about Tolstoy farms.

It was near my house and soon to my fortune I ran into a girl who lived and worked there. We began dating and I stayed on the commune for some time in her house. This was even suggested by the temple that members online meet communities in the real world and network. It was a call for outsiders and artists and other such slanders to actualize a new organization. All held together with an online hub hosted by Genesis.

If you had net access you could join the online community. It was free. Soon it attracted a lot of different people and the communication was global. A group of musicians decided to network and collaborate and I was among them. I helped with the draft of intent and purpose for a collaboration and like all good temporary autonomous zones, it had an end date. We traded tracks online and collaborated virtually and put together an album in the spirit of The Third Mind by Gysin and Burroughs and put it out. https://keepersofthefire.bandcamp.com/

After a while the online community was doing all sorts of things like releasing albums and collaborating on art, and then Genesis said no more. Having had her reasons They unplugged it. The hub was dead and the entities scattered in the void of the web. I learned a lot from this period of time. Something about communes and something about cultural engineering. I am a fan of intentional communities and visit Snake Village here to see friends. I also learned there needs to be a death cycle for a proper temporary autonomous zone.

It is an organic expression of a living body so naturally, it would be best to surmise its activity in a proper death cycle. In a sense the OTTT had one. It just wasn't known to it's adherents. I still have my backpatch. Haven't thought of the proper rockers. IT was Genesis' idea to carry on the biker motif and I had the yellow and gold patch but much prefer the red and black colors. A patch or signifying badge or limited production item is worthy of possession. It is set apart from mass produced product. A memento then its done.

I tracked done an original copy of Thee Grey Book and still resonate with it. What a pleasurable piece of propaganda. The Psychick Cross was trademarked by Genesis during their lifetime, and it originally served as the symbol of non-aligned forces in Vietnam. It was shown in one of the photographs, accompanying The Grey Book. Since its adoption, it has symbolically been charged with occult information and has several articles on it in The Psychick Bible. The 23 Enigma is hard to pinpoint. The majority of influence comes from Gysin and Burroughs. Then Crowley in chapter 23 of the Book of Lies.

Although as of yet I don't have a TOPY tattoo but I do have The Process symbol. A cult/collective I was exposed through Skinny Puppy and TOPY. I saw the symbol above doorways in places in Afghanistan. It is symbolic of many things to me. Lords of the four quarters. The Thelemic pantheon. The elements. Transformation. Creative energy.

Within it the Temple stands. Genesis did some good leaving behind The Psychick Bible. T.O.P.Y. T.A.Z.! People apparently sell copies of Thee Grey Book for 300USD. Start your own cult of personality today. Simply "borrow" from the dead ones. Anything to dismantle CONTROL. There will be a humiliation ceremony or hazing. Even the 12 step groups do that. Ritualistic scarring will be self inflicted. The severity of your loyalty will be apparent. Schrodinger's cat was named Sekhmet. All gods and goddesses are alive and dead. You need to adhere to as many as you like.
